"In some ways this is my own favorite, though I think my appreciation of it is greatly enhanced by having seen the earlier works. It's different, most obviously in being much slower. A series of "static" long takes of leaves, some in negative and largely drained of color, it also lacks the usual kinds of flicker." - Fred Camper
