Adamska Elizaveta Rakhilkina works as a film director, colourist, visual artist and essayist living between Berlin and New York. They are known for three short films — “New Flesh for the Old Ceremony”, (NewFest, 2021), a macabre fairy-tale about devouring love, “No Refunds”, a docufiction on performative nature at the heart of filmmaking and sex work, and “Tomorrow Was War”, a surreal expedition into the paranoid Russian police state.
