The wicked nymphomaniac, Malathion, has broken out of prison again and is on the rampage. The vice girls must bust her before she can seduce the Commissioner and destroy his wedding plans. Malathion, with the help of her new boy-toy, wreaks havoc and sexual hi-jinks as only she knows how. Will Candy and Samantha be triumphant, or will Malathion succeed with her dastardly plot?

Vice Academy was a series of six feature films, which aired on the USA Network throughout the 1990s. It was created by director Rick Sloane of Hobgoblins fame and the cast included former porn star Ginger Lynn, scream queen Linnea Quigley, Elizabeth Kaitan and Julia Parton.

Vice Academy's officers Candy and Traci have to stop the spreading of sexually transmitted computer viruses. Meanwhile, poor Ms Devonshire will do anything to save her marriage. Even if it means comically appearing on a sleazy talk show and airing out the Commissioner's dirty laundry!

Vice cops Candy and Traci accidentally meet the bikini robbers who are armed with assault weapons in a bank. The thieves escape with loot after a wild shoot-out. The commissioner and the instructor enlist Internal Affairs detective to solve the case. He suspects the Vice cops and sends them to prison. However, a robber plants a bomb in the police station. Vice cops are quickly reinstated with a new mission.
