When Detective Finley Bullet is in trouble yet again, this time for firing bullets at a vacated car getting booked, he is teamed up with Detective Kye Gunn, a street smart cop. Meanwhile the evil Frank Stone is thinking up his worst crime yet, with no help from Diggo his sidekick.
