E01 Dream

Mexican star Andrés arrives in Spain to help the once great Betis football club. Midfielder Saúl is on the brink of stardom in Atlético, while Berizzo brings a human touch to managing the squad in Seville. Iñaki lends his speed to the Basque-only club, Bilbao, while Sports Director Quique hopes for a win for newcomer Girona. In tiny but fierce Eibar, president Amaia keeps her calm over setbacks.

Support floods in for Berizzo amidst his shocking news, while Amaia keeps en eye on the future as her team starts to succeed. Risk of injury lurks as Andrés starts. Saúl learns from his hero Fernando Torres, while Iñaki’s mother helps him though a bad run. Seville lurches from disaster to euphoria and back again. Quique suffers when Girona visits Eibar. In Sevilla, the crisis claims a victim.

The Derby between arch rivals Betis and Seville has never been more intense. Amidst rising hopes, Quique strategizes with his coach. Saul grows into his role. The mystery over the Japanese star is resolved.
